HUDCO reports 30% income rise, achieves Navratna status

Housing & Urban Development Corporation Limited reported a 30% increase in total income to ₹10,348.38 crore and a 28% rise in net profit to ₹2,709.14 crore for FY25.

Loan sanctions surged 55% to ₹1,27,952.49 crore, with disbursements growing 122% to ₹40,038 crore. The company maintained strong asset quality with gross NPA at 1.67% and net NPA at 0.25%.

HUDCO achieved "Navratna" status and NBFC-IFC registration, strengthening its infrastructure financing position. The company recommended a final dividend of ₹1.05 per equity share.
