Restaurant Brands Asia raises authorized share capital to Rs70bn

Restaurant Brands Asia Limited increased its authorized share capital to Rs70 billion, divided into 700 million equity shares of Rs10 each.

The change follows the introduction of the RBAL Employee Stock Option Scheme 2024 and shares issued through Qualified Institutions Placement in March 2025.
