MRPL reports $51m profit, launches sustainable aviation fuel

Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals Limited reported a turnover of ₹1,09,239 crore and profit after tax of ₹51 crore for FY 2024-25.

The company achieved crude throughput of 18.04 MMT, representing 120% capacity utilization, with gross refining margin at $4.45 per barrel.

MRPL commissioned new infrastructure including a marketing terminal in Bengaluru and a new bitumen train. The company is pioneering sustainable aviation fuel production with a 20 KLPD SAF project.
