Five-Star Business Finance promoters reclassify as public shareholders

Five-Star Business Finance received approval from NSE and BSE to reclassify 29 promoter entities, including Matrix Partners India Investment Holdings II and Peak XV Partners Investments V, as public shareholders.

The reclassification will decrease promoter holding from 21.47% to 18.57%, while public holding increases from 78.53% to 81.43%.
