Centrum Capital sells housing finance arm for Rs430cr

Centrum Capital Limited entered a share purchase agreement on August 22, 2025, to divest its full stake in Centrum Housing Finance Limited to Weaver Services Private Limited for approximately Rs430 crore.

The transaction is subject to shareholder, regulatory, and third-party approvals, with expected completion within six months.

For fiscal 2024-25, the housing finance unit contributed 6.12% to Centrum Capital's consolidated turnover and reported a net-worth of Rs475 crore. Weaver Services, founded in April 2024, is backed by investors including Premji Invest and Lightspeed Ventures.
