Aeroflex Enterprises revenue falls despite strategic acquisitions

Aeroflex Enterprises Limited reported consolidated revenue of ₹60,609 lakhs for FY25, down from ₹77,842 lakhs in the previous year. Net profit fell to ₹8,073 lakhs from ₹27,422 lakhs in FY24.

The company acquired M.R. Organisation Limited and Hyd-Air Engineering to enhance engineering services and broaden its product portfolio. Aeroflex Industries increased SS Flexible Hoses capacity to 16.5 million meters with a target of 20 million meters, and commissioned a Metal Bellows facility.

The company recommended a final dividend of ₹0.30 per equity share.
