TeamLease promoters release pledged shares, reduce holdings

Hansini Management Consultant Private Limited released 84,050 pledged equity shares representing 0.50% of TeamLease Services Limited's total share capital on August 12, 2025. The shares were released from Kotak Mahindra Bank as security for a 22 crore rupee loan against property.

Separately, NED Consultants LLP reduced its shareholding by 0.50% through open market sales of 83,845 shares between August 6-14, 2025. The promoter's holding decreased from 7.02% to 6.52% of total share capital.
