Rupa & Company revenue falls 12% amid competition

Rupa & Company Limited reported Q1 FY26 revenue of INR184 crores, down from INR210 crores in Q1 FY25, citing intense competition and price undercutting.

The Athleisure category showed strong momentum, contributing 15% of total revenue with gross margins of 35% to 40%.

EBITDA was INR12 crores at a 6.6% margin, impacted by INR21 crores in branding and advertising spend. Net profit stood at INR6 crores. The company maintained net cash of INR53 crores.
