R Systems Acquires Novigo Solutions, Boosting AI and Product Engineering

R Systems International Limited has acquired 100% of Novigo Solutions Private Limited for INR 400 crores upfront. This strategic move creates a global leader in product engineering with combined pro forma revenue of INR 20,600M and EBITDA of INR 3,800M. The acquisition is expected to be EPS accretive from year one. Novigo's strong financial profile, including a 44% revenue CAGR over three years, complements R Systems' capabilities and expands its presence in the Middle East.
