Marico Allots Equity Shares Under Employee Stock Option Plan

On August 21, 2025, Marico Limited's Securities Committee allotted 9,294 equity shares, each with a face value of Re. 1, under its Employee Stock Option Plan, 2016 (ESOP 2016). This allotment follows the exercise of stock options by eligible grantees.

Consequently, the company's paid-up share capital increased from 1,29,78,94,756 equity shares (aggregating to Rs. 1,29,78,94,756) to 1,29,79,04,050 equity shares (aggregating to Rs. 1,29,79,04,050). The company stated that all new shares rank pari-passu with existing equity shares. This intimation was made in accordance with SEBI Regulations, though Marico clarified the allotment is not material to the company.
