Honda India Power Products revenue falls 20%, adds electric motors

Honda India Power Products Limited reported total revenue of INR 79,423 Lakhs for FY 2024-25, a 20% reduction from the previous year. Profit before tax also decreased by 13%.

The company proposes amending its memorandum of association to incorporate designing, developing, manufacturing, and servicing electric motor units.

The board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 21.50 per equity share, in addition to an interim dividend of Rs. 10 declared earlier.
