Godrej Properties wins Hyderabad land for $45m revenue potential

Godrej Properties Ltd emerged as highest bidder for a 7.825-acre land parcel in Kukatpally, Hyderabad, through a Telangana Housing Board e-auction. The total bid value was INR 547.75 crore.

The acquisition has estimated revenue potential of INR 3,800 crore from premium residential apartments. The land's strategic location near HITEC City is expected to enhance residential appeal.

This strengthens Godrej Properties' Hyderabad presence, following recent projects Godrej Madison Avenue at Kokapet and Godrej Regal Pavilion at Rajendranagar.
