BLS International revenue surges 31% to Rs 2,193 crores

BLS International reported revenue surging 31% year-over-year to Rs 2,193 crores for FY2024-25. Profit after tax increased 66% to Rs 540 crores, while EBITDA climbed 82% to Rs 629 crores, expanding the EBITDA margin to 28.7%.

The company deployed over Rs 1,000 crores in strategic acquisitions, including iDATA, Citizenship Invest, and Aadifidelis Solutions, bolstering its global footprint across 70+ countries. BLS International maintained a net cash balance of Rs 928 crores as of March 31, 2025.
