Uniphos Enterprises profit plunges 99% to INR 27.83 lakhs

Uniphos Enterprises Limited reported profit after tax of INR 27.83 lakhs for FY 2024-25, a dramatic decline from INR 3,861.43 lakhs in the previous year.

The company attributed the 99% profit drop primarily to lower dividend income from UPL Limited.

The board recommended a dividend of INR 0.50 per equity share, down from INR 5.70 per share in the prior year.
