Poonawalla Fincorp to raise up to INR 50bn via debentures

Poonawalla Fincorp Limited will issue secured non-convertible debentures worth up to INR 50 billion via private placement.

The issuance includes a base issue of INR 15 billion with a green shoe option for an additional INR 35 billion. The debentures will be listed on BSE Limited and secured by a first-ranking charge on hypothecated properties.
