Nucleus Software managing director becomes interim CFO

Nucleus Software Exports Ltd announced that managing director Vishnu R Dusad will serve as interim chief financial officer, effective immediately.

Dusad, who is also a cofounder of Nucleus Software, will hold the role until a new CFO is appointed. The decision was approved by the board following recommendations from the audit committee and nomination and remuneration committee.
