IndiGo approves INR 10 dividend, appoints new directors

InterGlobe Aviation Limited shareholders approved a dividend of INR 10 per equity share at the company's annual general meeting.

The meeting also saw the appointment of Meleveetil Damodaran as director, receiving 83% approval, and Michael Gordon Whitaker as independent director with 99.7% support.
