Capital India Finance grants 1.3m employee stock options

Capital India Finance Limited granted 1.3 million employee stock options under its 2018 plan, with an exercise price of INR 22 per option and five-year vesting at 20% annually.

The company also allotted 125,000 equity shares through exercised options, generating INR 1.8 million and increasing paid-up share capital from INR 779.2 million to INR 779.4 million.
