Paramount Communications shareholders reject warrant issue to promoters

Paramount Communications Limited shareholders approved a fundraising through eligible securities issuance but rejected a special resolution to issue warrants convertible into equity shares to the promoter group on a preferential basis.

The company also appointed Sanjay Kumar Srivastava and Anjali Verma as non-executive independent directors at its extraordinary general meeting.
