Alembic appoints new managing director for five years

Alembic Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Udit Amin as managing director for a five-year term, effective October 1, 2025. His proposed remuneration includes a maximum of INR 10 crore per annum.

Mrs. Malika Amin, the current managing director and chief executive, will step down on January 1, 2026, continuing as a non-executive non-independent director without managerial remuneration.
