Wardwizard promoter releases and invokes share pledges

Yatin Sanjay Gupte, a promoter of Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility, disclosed share pledge movements on August 14.

He released 2,136,402 equity shares (0.82% of total share capital) pledged with Bikewin Trading Private Limited on August 11 after clearing outstanding dues.

Simultaneously, 610,926 equity shares (0.24% combined) pledged with Knab Finance Advisors Private Limited were invoked on August 11-12 to cover margin shortfalls.

Following these transactions, Gupte's shareholding with voting rights stands at 13.80%, while encumbered shares represent 10.59% of total shares.
