Reliance acquires majority stake in healthy beverage maker Naturedge

Reliance Consumer Products Limited, a subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited, announced the acquisition of a majority stake in a joint venture with Naturedge Beverages Private Limited.

Naturedge Beverages, founded in 2018 by Siddhesh Sharma, produces "Shunya" brand herb-infused, zero-sugar, zero-calorie beverages. The partnership will expand RCPL's portfolio to include energy drinks, stills, energy shots, and herb-infused water.

The collaboration aims to leverage RCPL's distribution network to make Shunya available across India.
