Globus Spirits declares 27.6% dividend, appoints new directors

Globus Spirits Limited declared a final dividend of Rs.2.76 per equity share, representing 27.6%, for the year ended March 31, 2025.

The company appointed Amitabh Singh and Rajesh Kumar Malik as executive directors, and Kenneth Dsouza as independent director for a five-year term. Shareholders also approved the Employee Stock Option Plan 2025.
