Emami reports ₹3,809 crore revenue, announces special dividend

Emami reported revenues of ₹3,809 crore and an EBIDTA margin of 26.9% in FY25. Adjusted PAT reached ₹899 crore, with the company achieving a 9.4% five-year CAGR.

The company operates across 145+ countries with key brands including Navratna (₹850 crore+), Zandu (~₹850 crore), and BoroPlus (₹600 crore+). Strategic investments include 100% stakes in The Man Company and Brillare Science.

Emami announced a ₹2 special dividend in FY25, marking its 50th anniversary.
