Ashoka Buildcon reports 30% revenue decline amid delays

Ashoka Buildcon reported a 30% decline in standalone revenue to INR1,339 crores for Q1 FY'26, attributed to early monsoon and delayed project mobilization. Consolidated revenue fell 22% to INR1,937 crores.

The company expects to close sales of 10 BOT and HAM projects by September 2025, generating INR2,800-3,000 crores. Proceeds will reduce standalone debt to INR500-600 crores from current INR1,652 crores.

Despite Q1 weakness, Ashoka Buildcon anticipates 10-12% revenue growth for FY'26 with execution ramping up in Q3-Q4.
