Medanta reports record quarterly results with 50% profit surge

Global Health Limited (Medanta) reported total income of INR10,513 million in Q1 FY26, up 19% year-on-year. EBITDA grew 23% to INR2,553 million with margins of 24.3%.

Profit after tax surged 50% to INR1,590 million, including INR196 million in exceptional income. Patient volumes rose 14% for inpatients and 13% for outpatients.

Revenue from international patients jumped 34% to INR636 million. The company opened a 110-bed hospital in Ranchi and expects to commission its 550-bed Noida facility soon.
