Pidilite reports 10.6% revenue growth, announces bonus issue

Pidilite Industries reported Q1 FY26 standalone revenue of INR 3,467 crores, up 10.6% year-over-year, driven by 9.9% volume growth. Consumer and Bazaar segments grew 9.3% while B2B expanded 12.6%. Rural growth outpaced urban.

Standalone EBITDA margins reached 25.6%, up 101 basis points from the previous year. The company announced a special interim dividend of INR 10 per share and a 1:1 bonus issue.

Consolidated revenues rose 10.6% to INR 3,742 crores with EBITDA increasing 15.8%.
