BF Investment director resigns after judicial appointment

Ms. Aarti Arun Sathe has resigned as non-executive independent director of BF Investment Limited, effective August 14, 2025, following her elevation to additional judge of the Bombay High Court.

She will also cease to be a member of the company's audit committee, nomination and remuneration committee, and stakeholders relationship committee.
