Yatra subsidiary changes auditor following acquisition

Globe All India Services Limited, a material subsidiary of Yatra Online Limited, announced the resignation of its statutory auditor M/s J K V S & CO effective August 13, 2025.

The change follows Yatra's acquisition of Globe and aims to align the subsidiary's auditors with the parent company to achieve consistent audit processes across the group.
