Xpro India wins full relief on tax demands

Xpro India Limited announced the Commissioner (Appeals-I), Pune, granted full relief, setting aside all tax, interest, and penalty demands raised by the Deputy Commissioner, Central Goods & Services Tax.

The demands stemmed from alleged short payment of service tax for FY 2016-17 & 2017-18, totaling INR 443,547 for service tax and INR 443,547 for penalty.
