Waaree Energies sells 3% stake in Indosolar subsidiary

Waaree Energies Limited sold 1.25 million shares in subsidiary Indosolar Limited on August 7-8, reducing its stake from 92.6% to 89.6%.

The 3% stake was sold through an offer for sale in the open market, though Waaree Energies retains majority control of the solar company.
