Vindhya Telelinks approves key board appointments

Vindhya Telelinks Limited shareholders approved two key resolutions via postal ballot effective August 12, 2025.

Smt. Srishti Lodha was appointed as a non-executive non-independent director, receiving 79.86% of votes in favour.

Shri Y.S. Lodha was re-appointed as managing director and chief executive officer for another five-year term until November 3, 2030, with 99.98% shareholder approval.
