Suzlon Energy reports strong Q1 results, leadership changes

Suzlon Energy reported consolidated revenue of ₹3,117 crores in Q1 FY26, with EBITDA surging 62% year-on-year to ₹599 crores. Profit before tax increased 52% to ₹459 crores.

The board re-appointed Vinod R. Tanti as chairman and managing director and Girish R. Tanti as executive vice chairman, both for five-year terms until October 2030.

Group chief financial officer Himanshu Mody resigned, effective August 31, 2025. The company acquired ten new wholly-owned subsidiaries to expand its project pipeline.
