Suyog Telematics reports strong Q1 results, acquires subsidiary

Suyog Telematics reported strong Q1 FY26 results with standalone revenue of INR 516m and net profit of INR 170m. Consolidated figures reached INR 546m revenue and INR 173m net profit.

The company acquired Lotus Tele Infra Private Limited for INR 13.5 crores, securing a 95% subsidiary stake and enhancing its Delhi & NCR presence. The acquisition adds 120 telecom sites with expected 50% tenancy increases within six months.

Suyog targets 3000+ new macro towers for Vodafone & BSNL and 1000+ small cell towers by FY26, plus 500+ towers for MTNL in Mumbai.
