Parsvnath Developers delays Q1 and annual financial results

Parsvnath Developers Limited informed Indian stock exchanges on August 13 that it cannot publish its annual financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025, due to "unavoidable circumstances."

The delay means the company also cannot approve and publish its quarterly results for the three months ended June 30, 2025. The property developer said it would promptly inform exchanges about meetings to approve the delayed financial statements.
