Marico appoints former Titan chief Bhaskar Bhat as director

Marico Limited has appointed Bhaskar Bhat as an independent director for a five-year term starting October 1, 2025.

Bhat brings over four decades of corporate experience, including his tenure as managing director of Titan Company Limited, where he led the company's growth to a market capitalization of $13bn by 2019.
