Juniper Hotels posts 27% EBITDA growth in Q1

Juniper Hotels Limited reported total income of ₹227 crore for Q1 FY26, up 11% year-over-year despite May 2025 operational disruptions.

EBITDA surged 27% to ₹86 crore, with margins improving to 38% from 33% in the prior year. Profit before tax jumped 167% to ₹35 crore, excluding a ₹17 crore exceptional loss provision.

Average room rates increased 9% while occupancy improved by 2 percentage points. The company's Bengaluru project remains on track for operations by fiscal year-end.
