Eris Lifesciences subsidiary auditor resigns for group alignment

Eris Lifesciences Limited announced that M/s R R S & Associates resigned as statutory auditors of its material wholly-owned subsidiary, Eris Therapeutics Limited, effective August 12, 2025.

The auditors, appointed in September 2022, had completed the statutory audit for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, and the limited review for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.

The resignation aims to facilitate appointing a single auditor for both the holding company and its material subsidiary to create synergy and align audit processes across the group.
