Brigade Enterprises completes Rs 1,500 crore fundraising utilization

Brigade Enterprises Limited has fully utilized Rs 1,500 crore raised through its qualified institutional placement, according to its monitoring agency report for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.

The company deployed Rs 448 crore for repayment of outstanding borrowings and Rs 677 crore towards land acquisition and joint development agreements. The remaining Rs 343 crore was used for general corporate purposes.

Net proceeds totaled Rs 1,468 crore after expenses of Rs 32 crore. The fundraising involved issuing 1.3 crore equity shares.
