KPIT Technologies declares Rs6 final dividend per share

KPIT Technologies declared a final dividend of Rs6 per equity share (60%) in addition to an interim dividend of Rs2.50 per share (25%) already paid.

The company also approved reappointments of directors Anup Sable and Chinmay Pandit, and appointed Dr. K. R. Chandratre as secretarial auditor during its annual general meeting held via video conferencing.
