Kabra Extrusion creates chairman emeritus role worth INR 1cr annually

Kabra Extrusion Technik Ltd is seeking shareholder approval to amend its articles of association to introduce a "chairman emeritus" clause and appoint Shreevallabh Kabra to the role for five years from September 15, 2025.

Kabra is proposed to receive INR 1 crore annually, along with perquisites including club memberships, a company car with driver, and medical expense reimbursement.

The company is also proposing two new director appointments: Bajrang Lal Bagra as non-executive non-independent director and Munjal Nikunj Kapadia as independent director, both effective from August 7, 2025.
