IHCL expands to 550+ hotels through strategic acquisitions

IHCL acquired controlling stakes in ANK Hotels and Pride Hospitality, plus a distribution agreement with Brij Hospitality. The expansion increases IHCL's portfolio to over 550 hotels and approximately 55,000 rooms.

The move doubles IHCL's mid-scale presence to over 240 hotels. The acquired 135 hotels will predominantly be integrated under the Ginger brand.
