Goa Carbon swings to ₹284cr loss as revenue halves

Goa Carbon Limited reported revenue from operations falling to ₹5,085 crores from ₹10,573 crores in FY2024, a decline of more than 50%.

The company swung to a pre-tax loss of ₹284 crores from a profit of ₹1,157 crores in the prior year, resulting in a net loss of ₹220 crores compared to a net profit of ₹855 crores in FY2024.

Earnings per share fell to ₹(24.07) from ₹93.43 previously.
