Dishman Carbogen Amcis plans INR 10bn fundraise

Dishman Carbogen Amcis Ltd. announced plans to raise up to INR 10 billion through equity shares or other eligible securities. The company will increase its authorized share capital from INR 340.5 million to INR 380 million.

The pharmaceutical company reported a consolidated net profit of INR 23.41 crores for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025.

Key board appointments include Mrs. Deohooti J. Vyas as whole-time director for five years and Mr. Dhaval Rameshchandra Shah as non-executive director.
