DCM Shriram wins tax appeal restoration worth INR 83cr

DCM Shriram announced the Income-tax Appellate Tribunal restored its tax litigation matter for FY 2020-21. The appeal challenges additions totaling INR 238.02 crores, with a tax effect of INR 83.17 crore.

The tribunal ordered the assessing officer to conduct fresh adjudication in accordance with law.
