DCM Shriram declares INR 9 total dividend per share

DCM Shriram Limited declared a final dividend of INR 3.40 per equity share at its annual general meeting, in addition to the interim dividend of INR 5.60 per share already paid for FY 2024-25.

The company also approved the re-appointment of joint managing director Ajit S. Shriram for another five years.
