Suzlon allots $8m equity shares under employee scheme

Suzlon Energy Limited allotted 4,385,250 equity shares worth INR 6,75,13,750 under its ESOP 2022 scheme following a circular resolution on August 6, 2025.

The allotment increases the company's paid-up capital to INR 2741,26,59,018, divided into 1370,63,29,509 fully paid-up equity shares with a face value of INR 2 each.

The company will announce its Q1 FY26 financial results on August 12, 2025.
