Heubach Colorants India reports leadership exodus, warehouse fire

Heubach Colorants India reported a net profit of INR 1,709 for Q1 2025, including an exceptional loss of INR 882 from a January warehouse fire. The auditor flagged ongoing assessment of unauthorized asset transfers.

The company experienced significant leadership changes as independent director Amitabha Mukhopadhyay and executive director Jugal Sahu resigned, though Sahu continues as chief financial officer. Head of operations Abhijit Naik also departed.

The resignations follow Sudarshan Chemical Group's indirect acquisition of control in March 2025.
