Borosil Scientific posts Rs 45.7m profit despite consolidated loss

Borosil Scientific Limited reported standalone profit of Rs 45.76 lakhs for Q1 2025, with total income of Rs 9,206.99 lakhs.

However, on a consolidated basis, the company posted a loss before tax of Rs 408.20 lakhs despite higher total income of Rs 9,889.44 lakhs.

The results included exceptional expenditure of Rs 661.31 lakhs related to a Voluntary Retirement Scheme, significantly impacting consolidated performance.
