Astral reports 25% drop in Q1 profit

Astral Limited reported standalone net profit of ₹966 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, down from ₹1,281 million in the same period last year. Standalone revenue from operations rose to ₹12,071 million.

On a consolidated basis, net profit was ₹792 million with revenue at ₹13,612 million. The company completed its acquisition of Al-Aziz Plastics Private Limited in April 2025 to strengthen its fittings and accessories business.
